The baby invasion

Now I can say that the process of creating a baby is such an invasion. You start to fix things that previously did not and when you realize, you are surrounded by cribs, carriages, changing tables,... and you see babies everywhere!

Ahora puedo decir que el proceso de creación de un bebé es como una invasión. Te empiezas a fijar en cosas que antes no y cuando te das cuenta estás rodeado por cunas, carros, cambiadores,... y ves bebes por todas partes!

Having a baby in addition to the physical process in an extra mental work. We must consider many things. How can someone so small need so many things? In my case, I don't want too many unnecessary things. I'm very practical and I only want the essentials.

Tener un bebe además del proceso físico supone un trabajo mental extra. Hay que pensar en tantas cosas, como alguien tan pequeño puede necesitar tanto??? En mi caso no quiero tener demasiadas cosas innecesarias, yo soy muy práctica y quiero lo esencial.

This weekend...

... cinema with Ridley Scott and Russell Crowe!! (his look remembers me his Gladiator role). I admit (again) I love go to the cinema, and specially to see these movies. With a good story, good director, actors, wardrobe, settings,.... I hope it will not be a super-drama (with a end like Braveheart or Gladiator, I like them but I can't stop to cry) and now I'm specially sensible...

Me encanta ir al cine!! y este fin de semana iré a ver la recientemente estrenada Robin Hood (con este look de pelo corto Crowe me recuerda, y mucho, su papel de Gladiator). Me apetece además porque en esta peli se suman una buena historia, director, actor, ambientación, vestuarios... Sólo espero que no sea un dramón (como la vida misma). Entendedme, tipo Gladiator o Braveheart, me encantan pero los lagrimones siempre me acaban por llenar la cara entera, que se le va ha hacer.

Os recomiendo este spot publicitario. El mejor que he visto con diferencia para temas de seguridad vial. Es la primera vez que se anuncia el cinturón de seguridad apelando al sentimiento. Esta maravilla es producto de la campaña "Embraced Life" (al castellano vendría a ser "Abraza la Vida") organizada por la entidad británica Sussex Safer Roads.
